TOPIC SOCIAL MEDIA 

 

Bächli Bergsport wanted to better develop the area of social media and find the most suitable channels for them. The aim was to find out where Bächli's customers move and where Bächli's employees can be integrated with their special know-how.

 

Touchpoints prepared a corresponding workshop in which the target groups for 2 social media channels were defined together with the client. Together we created and tracked measurability criteria. Touchpoints also instructed the employees involved, defined common hashtags and explained how to use them. After the workshop, the information gathered could be used directly for Bächli Bergsport's upcoming campaigns.
