The aim is to show these groups the necessary appreciation and to invest in a shared future. CXM is about shaping the customer experience with your company.

In our project experience, there are 9 areas that need to be considered in a CRM project. The IT question of the right software is just one area. What do I want to measure, which customers do I want to have a dialog with, which employees do I need to train, how do I want to measure the project and its success are just some of the questions that arise in the project.
At the beginning, however, it is important to clearly identify what such a project should achieve for the company and where you want to start. Is it lead management, achieving more sales or customer loyalty? Once you are clear about the WHAT, a company can move on to the HOW and with WHOM.
