It is the company's philosophy of how it would like to deal with customers, employees, partners and suppliers, a kind of complement to the mission statement or corporate identity. It is important to show these groups the necessary appreciation and to invest in a common future. The CXM is about shaping the customer experience with your company.

 

This experience can be controlled by designing simple processes for the customer, in communication or in the ordering of a product. In order to implement such projects in a company, the support of the company management is imperative.

 

Only if they support such a project can it be brought closer to the employees and let them act as an extension of the company. According to our project experience, there are 9 areas that have to be considered in a CRM project. The IT question of the right software is only one area. What do I want to measure, which customers I want to have a dialogue with, which employees do I need to train, how do I want to measure the project and its success, are just a few of the questions that arise in the project.

 

At the beginning, however, it is important to clearly identify what such a project should achieve for the company and where you want to start. Is it lead management, the topic of generating more sales or customer loyalty.  If you are clear about the WHAT, a company can dare to approach the HOW and with WHOM.
