HOW DOES MY COMPANY GET MORE AND BETTER REVIEWS?

There is nothing better for a company than satisfied customers. And if the customers are satisfied with the service and the products, it is quite possible that they will also give good customer ratings and thus attract potential new customers.

 

In order for this to happen, registration with rating portals in your own industry or with Google my Business is essential. With a few clicks it is possible to set up a website for your own company on Google and thus give customers the opportunity to give constructive feedback on their own offer.

60% of customers in the EU read reviews before visiting a shop / restaurant. For product purchases (on-offline) it is even 79%. Around 80% of customers are encouraged to sell by positive reviews.

 

It is therefore important to keep an eye on your reviews and to react quickly to them. This is even mandatory at Amazon. Failure to answer will be penalized at Amazon and will result in a poorer ranking. According to 56% of customers, answers to customer questions should be made within at least 7 days and can then generate additional sales of 15-30%. Bad reviews prevent over 90% from buying. Think how often your company still has the chance to enter into dialogue with a customer in the future.

Nowadays, stars for services and products are busily distributed on platforms such as Google My Business, TripAdvisor, Yelp or Bing. In this way, you receive unfiltered feedback on your performance and can differentiate yourself from your competitors. The good thing about reviews is that you can achieve a great result with relatively little effort and thus reduce your marketing expenses sustainably. Around 95% of Internet users in Switzerland use Google for search queries.

Of all search queries, every third one is local, i.e. a company or a service is being searched for at a specific location (e.g. tax advice, Winkel or restaurant, Wallisellen). From a statistical point of view, consumers are also significantly more likely to purchase a product or service if there are useful online reviews for it. The volume of potential customers is correspondingly high and just waiting to be picked up by you.
