Working with Guerlain, we designed a bespoke customer database for the client, which stored customer data in a suitable format. We handled the capture of new customer data from the physical sign-up cards and reviewed, prepared and delivered the mailing lists for Guerlain's campaigns.
Touchpoints supported Guerlain in creating a customer database with loyalty club. This way, we ensured for the client that customer activities and their purchase history are stored and available for upcoming campaigns. We also took over the planning and monitoring of Guerlain's email campaigns.
