Furniture Pfister AG repeatedly sends SMS messages to over 100,000 customers in all three language areas of Switzerland on the occasion of the Rotstift weeks. For this purpose, Touchpoints has involved a corresponding partner who takes over the dispatch at reasonable prices. Our task is to set up the SMS campaign, in which we take on the following functions: preparing the customer data, checking the texts in three language versions, importing the data and scheduling the dispatch, as well as monitoring it and reporting to the customer. Based on our experience, we ensure the quality of the SMS campaign and support the client in all aspects.
We supported Möbel Pfister AG with the creation of use cases, with the tender for a new CRM provider, with evaluations, initialisation support for test campaigns and the subsequent measurement of the results.
