As some of you will remember, we withdrew from telephony for customers in 2013 and focussed more on consulting, data and document entry.
In recent years, many companies have outsourced more and more services, i.e. in the areas of social media, content creation and customer service.
As we are also receiving more and more orders / enquiries for the areas of service, back office and complaints processing, especially from the DACH region, we have now decided to outsource these activities to a new division at Touchpoints and launch it as a new entity. We have deliberately decided against Switzerland as a location. A strong Swiss franc, high labour costs and a shortage of skilled workers all played a part in this decision, as did the fact that more and more Swiss companies are outsourcing these activities to nearby countries.
